Why Focus on Running?

Here’s the thing – unless you’re got a few neurons that aren’t firing properly, you likely didn’t run a lot this winter.

Now it’s spring and you may be feeling the itch to run (or go to a gym that programs running).

Properly recovering from running and preparing yourself to run helps you improve your performance in the gym and decrease your chance for injury.

Running, while it is one of the easiest sports to do, is also one of the ones with the highest injury rate.

But, with proper preparation and recovery, you can avoid the large majority of running-related aches and pains.
