First, we figure out exactly what is going on. This can take multiple visits depending upon how complex your problem is. Finding the true cause is our first priority because it will determine our long-term strategy for physical therapy.

Put the Fire Out
Next, we eliminate symptoms (pain or incontinence). We get you back to doing what you love without wondering if your symptoms will return. Fearless, symptom-free movement is achieved in this step.

Step 3
Build Resilience
Physical therapy does not end simply because your symptoms are gone. If we stop treatment, the unwanted symptoms will return. Before we complete your care, we will educate you on what you can do to keep your symptoms away.
